Finest Hand Car Wash

A youngman new person cleaned inside of car today he did not do as good a job as the young lady the last day. All else is fantastic. Pity he let them down a bit.

My first time to yet my car washed at this establishment.. Guys done a great job..

I visited this car wash for the first time on the way to the mot centre. The car had an mot wash and hand wash after. They were very busy with a constant stream of cars which is a good sign. I was very impressed with the service. The staff were very pleasant and fast. They even cleaned the door sills and chamois dried the car. The car looked great after the wash. I will definitely be back.

My car wasn't thoroughly washed, and they were speaking in a strange tongue. He began to literally yell at me when I pointed out a part of my car that needed cleaning. Following that, he began to taunt me in their native tongue, pleading with me to stay away from the location. There was one woman and two men there.It happened today at 1 o clock (23/02/2023)

Going here a few years now and the prices go up and wash quality goes way down.The last 3 times now I had to rewash my car not 20 minutes after leaving the place.Constantly missing low down panels plus it also looks like dishwater soap used within the foamer as they lifted a fresh wax applied the previous week off my car !Unacceptable.

The job they do is superb but it would be nice if you could actually speak to them as there English is not the best

Just paid £6 My Son would of done a better job!! I told them NOT TO TOUCH MY HEADLIGHTS As I have them cateye tinted....ripped a size of a fifty pence off them, I asked if everything was OK told Yes fine then got surrounded by 5 Men so didn't try to come out of car till I drove 2min down road

I had been going there on a regular basis to get my cars done and always tipped them well but unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Took my car to get valeted as usual and was told to take a seat inside. Sadly on the way to Belfast I discovered that one of my cup holders was broken. A mechanic confirmed that it had been forced. I went back to the car wash several times and even left my phone number for the boss to call me. Never happened. In fact he left word with the staff to draw my attention to a disclaimer notice. However I pointed out to the staff that the same notice said ANYONE and not ANYTHING. They initially asked me who had valeted inside the car and I told them a girl. Later I was told that they had cameras that could observe everything but I said obviously not if and when her back was to the cameras. Anyway between the price of the new part and installation costs it would be around £200 to fix it and I am certainly not going to pay for something they broke. As I said despite numerous trips to the car wash the boss has completely ignored me and my complaint. In essence an expensive lesson and I definitely won't be going back there. Stay away folks
