Norfolk Bound

We stayed at Manor Cottage last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and surrounded by fields and trees and lots of wildlife. It has everything you could possibly need and more. It was spottlessly clean throughout and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Simon was super helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish We will definitely be back again soon.

We spent 2 amazing nights in the Ryelands hut at Norfolk bounds Massingham Estate.The hut itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities for our self catering break. The heating in the hut kept us toasty warm even with the temperatures reaching an icy -4 one night!We had full use of the Woodfired hot tub and Sauna within our spacious area, and the load of logs we received within the price of our stay was ample for us, and this was over the course of our 2 day stay, keeping the tub heated throughout and using the sauna twice!The grounds are exceptional and well maintained, perfect for taking walks to see the wildlife and just enjoying the landscape and peacefulness of this lovely estate.You really feel refreshed after your stay, Simon was great at keeping us informed of details and accomodating us even though it was quite short notice. The team went above and beyond, even recommending best local places to eat and sites of interest.I can't recommend more highly if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind with friends or family, we shall definitely be booking again!!

An oasis of peace and quiet. A real get away retreat. Wood fired hot tub fabulous, private with great views.

Had a fantastic stay at Ryelands, can't thank Simon enough, he was a very helpful and informative host. The 'Hut' was immaculate, finished off to a high standard with everything you needed for a quiet breakaway (the robes were a nice touch for the hot tub) and the approach down a grand gated driveway set the tone for our stay. Set overlooking the local countryside, the hut was secluded and peaceful, ideal for star gazing and relaxing in the wood fired hot tub. We didn't see or hear another person on the estate the whole time we were there. Also enjoyed having the Dabbling Duck pub just a short distance away, which we would also recommend. Overall the set up couldn't be faulted.Will definitely be going back, brilliant find.

My husband and I stayed at Ryelands for a night away and it was incredible. Possibly the best Air Bnb we have every stayed in - our hosts were accomodating and considerate (pre-heating the wood fired hot tub for our arrival and turning the heating on, as well as leaving a small welcome gift.) We had everything we could possibly need. Everything was spotless and we genuinely have no faults to mention - we would love to stay again - thank you Simon!

It's easy to talk about how peaceful and beautiful the location is, how wonderful the hot tub under the stars is, the wonderful grounds you can walk in, the great places to eat nearby.However it's also worth mentioning the quality work that has gone into the building, it has been created using an old building as a base and then furnished to a very high standard. all the bits we needed were there and it was a very comfortable stay.On the occasion we needed to contact Simon he came back to us very quickly. in addition the staff on the estate were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.highly recommended.
