Had a bottomless brunch here it was amazing! Daisy was our server she was so sweet and made our brunch that much better!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My best pal and I are down in London from Perth, Scotland for her 21st birthday celebrations, we saw Turtle Bay via a TikTok and we had to come and check it out - and I am so glad we did! We both went for a bottomless brunch, £35pp and you are entitled to draught beer, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks & hot drinks + any brunch dish, wrap or burger.We both went for the chicken roti wrap, served with house slaw - it was a definite 13/10!To our amazing server Danni, you were superb, very attentive and welcoming - we are so thankful!If you’re in London, come here!!! :)

I really don’t know how this place is getting good reviews. Turtle bay is obviously not authentic Caribbean food.However we weren’t prepared for the unpleasantness of the food. The food tasted rushed and not freshly done. A lot of it came uncooked or burnt. I wanted to rate this higher for the drinks but even that was very disappointing. I think the appeal is two for one but the drinks tasted diluted and like squash. I think they put water in the drinks so you can keep ordering.The service was not bad, we had a lovely guy that made our stay better but the overall atmosphere was terrible. Not to mention the place seemed dirty when we arrived. Dirty tables and no cutlery, to the point there were people eating food from the chicken shop. Sorry but I could never eat here again.

Visited for my brothers 18th on Sunday 21/05/23, table was booked for Bottomless brunch at 1700, and we sat at 1704.Once at the table nobody noticed us, I asked the manager Elga 2x to order drinks and she kept giving me the waiting finger whilst pointing at one of the waitresses?Our first order was taken at 1716 by manager Joe, the restaurant looked busy but they weren’t under staffed.YasminE was ready to take our second round of drinks and at this point the table had 7 of us, she explained that we ALL had to have the same drinks? I was confused so asked for the manager. Joe explained that many other turtle bay branches do this, but that’s false information! I go to turtle bay in Walthamstow all the time sometimes with 5/6 girlies and not once was this implemented. What if some people have allergies and can’t all have the same drinks?They were just very busy and tried to make their work less harder! Then he suggested we go for 241, but we declined!Our food was bought out, but everyone had at least one issue with their food. We had burnt eggs, raw bacon, burnt rice and doughy bread! (Please refer to pictures included).Yasmin P took over our table and from there she made our experience very fun and lively, the drinks we slow at first but once Yasmin P was serving us the drinks were flowing nicely! Thank you Yasmin P!My mum was so disappointed she didn’t want her food anymore, so they removed it from the bill and also Joe gave us £17 off the bill!YasminE and Yasmin P were great but we won’t be returning to this branch again.

Nice atmosphere, attentive staff and great prices, did the bottomless brunch for 4 people, food was great, drinks great. Ended up having 37 cocktails.. so it's definitely a bargain.

We booked bottomless brunch on Sunday for 12 people. The food was alright, drinks are tasty, music could be more louder a bit , however, I got really disappointed with the service, it was not busy on the day, and we been waiting for round of drinks for so long even though we could see clearly when they started to make them and when they were ready to go they been on the tray for a few minutes. I think staff should more focus on providing a perfect service to the guests, and not chatting that much while people are waiting their drinks as it’s really annoying waiting drinks 20/25min each round, when even though all 12 drinks are the same. And working in the same field could be said it doesn’t take that long to make it. It’s just doesn’t makes sense if you not able to manage big groups on quite time you shouldn’t accepted this type of bookings.

Good Jamaican food ! They play all the tunes. The service was okay but we also went at 11pm. The food came out quickly and the drinks were really good. I would come back for sure.
