Jack Andrews was our agent throughout the selling process and he proved to be incredibly hardworking, reliable, informative and very responsive in order to get our purchase through to completion.He was always very helpful and diligent and he has a lovely calm and approachable manner even when the process became testing at times. He was a credit to himself and his company and without him the experience would have undoubtedly been more difficult. We would happily recommend Jack to anyone and would be grateful for his expertise if we every needed it in the future.

We recently sold our property through Romans and have been very happy with the service. Their strategy was sound and worked well for us. They have a vast database of prospective buyers which included local buyers, all surrounding counties and London, even attracting international buyers. We dealt with Jack throughout who was always great to work with, easy to communicate with and level headed. He set up a WhatsApp group with us which made life so much easier but we spoke regularly on the phone throughout the process as he always kept us informed. He would consider the risks, pros and cons of a buyer based on their position. His aim was to find a solid, committed buyer and get to completion with the least risk which was also our aim! Their due diligence on prospective buyers was evident and enabled us to make very informed decisions. Once an offer is accepted they assign a move manager through Leaders who has been amazing!! Irene talks to both our solicitor and the buyers, she has access to the emails so can see what’s outstanding. She chases them up weekly and keeps us informed as well as pushing both sides. She can help get answers to our questions and talks to the buyers as well. This service is worth so much, I’ve never had this with any other estate agent. All in all the sale process with Romans has been effective and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
