I went in to collect my virgin media parcel. The lady there is very friendly. One of the little tool has fallen out from my box, the lady noticed and has kindly saved it for me and gave it to me with my parcel. It is a little tool to connect the cable together, I would be so struggling without it. Very happy with the service. It is a nice little shop too. Thank you.
