We locked ourselves out of our house yesterday evening, with our two tired children. Peter was with us in 20 minutes and we were inside 15 minutes later. He even changed the lock on the door. Wonderful service, and Peter is so polite and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

We have a pair of old hardwood French doors, and we suspected that the locking mechanism was worn and would need to be replaced. Peter agreed with us and gave us verbal estimate to do that (which was acceptable), he then played around with the lock a bit more and found a much simpler and cheaper solution that has enabled us to keep using the doors (and looking them) with out the need for a new look.Peter obviously know his stuff. He was very open, honest and polite. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Peter took my call even though he was abroad on holiday. On his return he attended and replaced a broken external door lock with no fuss and at a reasonable cost. Would certainly recommend and use again.
