Excellent GP practice with caring doctors and staff.

Phoned and Requested some information from my file was told by the receptionist ‘you’ve left it a bit late’(had my pre-op today for surgery tomorrow and there was me thinking these places could communicate between themselves but no I have to deal with this) and that I’d have to email the request. That’s a fine in goes the email. Automatic reply as there is no email on my file I’ll have to phone the surgery to update my information. Ok. Ring the surgery to add my email to file, to be told I’d have to email to add the email or come in to surgery. Im stressed and giving up now. What’s the point in asking for help when these inhumane receptionists are in the way. People ringing for help at their most vulnerable moments in life but left devastated by these receptionist. I could go on about other experiences I’ve had with them but what’s the point nothing will change

The doctors and staff are so lovely and helpful and the recent refurb looks amazing. Thank you all for always being so kind.

I have definitely had some negative experiences at this doctors surgery. There have been times where I was rushed and had issues dismissed that just got worse. Recently I have been seen to in a timely manner and have been treated with kindness and understanding.I wish that they would’ve let me know that I can email them so I didn’t have to battle with myself for weeks where I usually ended up giving up and never calling them. You can find it on their website and it’s made everything so much easier for me. I really appreciate that they’ve been understanding of the fact that phone calls can be an absolute nightmare for me due to my anxiety and autism.I’ve seen Doctor Pamela a few times, she is really lovely and although going to the doctors is still a struggle, the fact that she’s been understanding and kind has helped me a great deal.Unfortunately, it seems like getting an appointment can still be pretty challenging for everyone else. My mother is usually told that they only book appointments in the morning for that day. You either call at 8 or fill out a form on their website that you can only fill out around 7-9am (but you may end up waiting weeks for an appointment to be made for you).

Terrible,lady on the phone was very passive and rude, place is a joke.

Can't thank all the staff enough. Dr Bodey has patience and listen's , she explain's why they were doing tests, what the results were. The Nurses really kind when doing bloods. Angela the diabetes nurse is so supportive talking through everything and giving you options. Reception staff always pleasant and understanding and have gone out of their way to chase things up for me . I am very grateful to them all

We’ve been registered with this practice for 3 years and I cannot praise them enough. They are accessible, friendly and incredibly caring. I wish to thank all of the staff for their hard work and care

Great practice with friendly staff and great doctors/nurse. On 2 occasions the doctor has seen my baby daughter very late, fitting her in just before closing. Very grateful for a referral to the hospital when I brought her in poorly not long after she was born and the doctor spotted an infection
