I hired a Transit van for 1 week. Customer Service was amazing zack was Really friendly, Quick and easy and no fuss when booking the van over the phone and was so helpful when being showed around the van, The van was perfect, and such excellent value for money would highly recommend.

This place used to be a good place for cheap vehicle rentals if need a van for a few hours. Not anymore , infact they seem more expensive than anywhere else.Very disappointed.

We booked a van for our house move. Exchange of contracts was delayed and Practical were very accommodating allowing us to move our second booking day (we lost one day because we didn't leave them enough time to be able to book someone else, so fair enough) without penalty.The van (Luton box type) did the job well and we had no problems with it mechanically or with the tail lift.100% would recommend Practical to others.

Booked a LWB van with practical, but had some circimstance changes. Phoned back just hours later to cancel and was told that it would cost £110 admin fee. Hadnt even signed contract or presented ID & licences, so what possible admin came to £110 i do not know. Phoning got me nowhere they simply cancelled the call when i pointed out that their own policy was being breached. Just in your face robbery really.

I was let down by Enterprise this weekend for a Luton van hire. Called Practical last minute sorted a Luton van for me which was cheaper aswell great service. Thank You very much for making my house move so smooth. Will definitely use them again.
