Great surveyors. They did a level 2 home buyers survey for us and I've been really impressed. The staff were helpful and friendly at every stage, from the first call I made to inquire about a home buyers survey, to receiving our final report. The surveyor gave me a call straight after completing the survey to provide an overview of the survey and answered my questions. The report we got is really thorough with helpful photos throughout. The administrative staff have always been quick to respond and answered all my questions. Would recommend.

We used Clarke & Jay for a RICS Level 2 Home Survey on our first home. Both Kim and Zoe were very helpful with getting the survey booked in. Guy, who carried out the survey, called me straight afterwards to discuss it and the full, very detailed report was emailed to me very quickly. Fantastic service, would highly recommend!

Having experienced the high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail with the sale of our listed status property we chose to instruct Clarke and Jay to survey the property that we had hoped to purchase which was also grade 2 listed.We received a very comprehensive oral report shortly after the survey which was extremely beneficial in helping us to progress matters prior to receipt of the full report.We would highly recommend these surveyors.

Before booking a survey we were informed of the process, timescale and costs, and provided with an example survey so that we could be sure of the standard to expect. We were kept informed throughout the process and the survey report was spot on. Their services are very competitively priced. We are very pleased with the surveying service provided by this company. The surveyor himself spent a considerable amount of time viewing our potential new property. On the same day he viewed the property, he telephoned us with an overview. This was followed within a few days with a very thoughtful, very comprehensive very honest report. At all points of the process there was the opportunity for a telephone chat, when any questions we had were answered frankly. The support staff were also brilliant to deal with. The communication prior to the visit was clear and Guy performed a very thorough examination of the property both inside and out. His report came through very quickly - it was extensive and included photos. It has proven really useful in articulating our snagging requirements to the builders.

Truly exceptional service from Cameron and the team. The survey was carried out extremely quickly and the level of detail for quite a quirky property was fantastic. As ever, things didn't quite go to plan and we needed an urgent drain survey, and this again was completed extremely proficiently. Competitively priced, timely service, and a very knowledgeable Surveyor, I could not recommend the company enough. Hopefully we won't move again but if we do, it's the first company I would think of. Thank you all!

From initial contact, to requierments capturing and to the actual visit - could not rate the team at C&J highly enough.Kayleigh and Zoe in the admin team were professional and on point; Chris was a delight to meet with and discuss the requierments of our snagging report. This gave us peace of mind that our new build was to its high spec we are promised, but more so; everything raised was attended to, and therefore this tells me that the experties in raising and pointing at work and reporting it accurately was done with experience and professionalism.
