I literally cannot recommend Mark enough !! we've just finished a 4 week run of classes with him for my salon team , every single session there was such value to be gotten . Mark literally gives you real tools to process thoughts and feelings and he explains the human condition so well . It also helps that he is funny and great craic . Mark is a genius! I did some one on one sessions with him. He has this great way through his questions and talking of drawing things out. Through chatting with his, I was randomly discussing how I don't like to go on walk because I hate my coat (sounds mad I know) once I said it, he started talking getting me to dig deeper to the root of the problem which turns was my own confidence and the fact I was so unhappy with my weight! It was a lightbulb moments getting me to look inward and start the journey to work on it. I highly rate him, he is just brilliant at his job!

Marks masterclass are phenomenal I have taken a few and each time I come away with something new. His passion and generosity of information is outstanding.
