Aspire2 Mobility

I have visited Aspire2 Mobility at Waddington UK. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Had been emailing Kyle who works for them, lovely man who gave me loads of information. Then the begining of August I visited Aspire showroom at Waddington. I was met with Richard, their salesman. He was fantastic. Definitely not pushy, and I did not feel I had to buy anything. He was extremely knowledgeable and I tried a wheelchair out on the day, and bought it. I then arranged with Richard to trial a Paws Cruiser attachment for my wheelchair. He was so helpful. I had previously dealt with a wheelchair showroom in Leicestershire and asked if there was any way I could have a trial. 7 years later, I was left still waiting. However, with Richard he gave us so much information and then arranged with Rehasense for Ian to visit my home. Nothing was too much trouble when Ian and Kyle visited me. I did not feel pressured, during any part of my journey dealing with Richard, Kyle or Ian. Due to all of the above and the fantastic experience I have had with Aspire2, I have bought a new wheelchair, paws cruiser and other items. I will write more when I have used my cruiser and wheelchair for a month or so, but to date Aspire have a new customer, in me and I would highly recommend. Brilliant service all of thr way through and a special thank you to Richard for all of your knowledge and helpful way you have dealt with me. Fantastic team of people and there isn't anything that is too much trouble. Highly rated.In addition to my review above, I am now adding a note regarding customer service and after-service. Following returning from holiday my older wheelchair had been damaged. I wasn't really sure what to do but knew I would need to get a report on the damaged chair. Richard, once again came to my rescue. Following leaving my chair with him, he has once again sorted everything out for me from dealing with my insurance company to writing a report and also putting my mind at ease. All of this, in less than a 24 hour period. Richard is an absolute asset to this company and without him I wouldn't have spent the money I have on new equipment etc from Aspire. He is knowledgeable, listens to the customer, isn't frightened to tell you if he feels the product won't be right for you and his after-sales can only be described as excellent. Many yanks Richard and Aspire2.

I purchased a powered wheelchair from Aspire 2 Mobility, the sales guy there was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, he made the whole experience of choosing a powered wheelchair that was right for me effortless from start to finish.I would definitely recommend Aspire 2 Mobility.

I have been very impressed by the service that has been provided by the company and the excellent customer service with regards to issues that I acquired when I purchased a mobility scooter for my mother. Richard, the engineer was 1st class and extremely helpful in finding the solution to the problem and getting our issue resolved in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to get advise or would like purchase a mobility scooter then to visit this store and get expert advice from Richard.Thank you very much for your kind help!!!

My Dad bought a second hand light weight powered wheel chair from here. It was a dreadful experience. It wasn’t fit for his requirements and he had told them exactly what he needed it for. It was very unstable and almost tipped up going up and down dropped kerbs - very dangerous for someone with a serious health condition which means his bones are fragile!When he called in about taking it back there was a lot of difficulty - there was no one there that could deal with the issue (although they did admit that it was indoor chair they’d sold him and that it was unstable and not right for him) so he ended up having to go back home and call another time. They then told him over the phone that he had no rights with it being second hand. He pointed out that wasn’t true and that they’d sold him something not fit for purpose.They also said that because they were a satellite store they couldn’t issue a refund from there. After a load more hassle, they finally did sort the refund. It was a right faff getting the money back though. It shouldn’t have been that difficult.I’m absolutely furious that my Dad had to deal with all of this whilst undergoing chemo and feeling unwell. You should be disgusted with yourselves. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially anyone who is vulnerable!

Remarkable customer service. We brought a mobility scooter from a private seller, unfortunately we run into some difficulty very soon after the purchase. The private seller kindly put us in touch with the Richard from the Aspire Waddington branch. I have been overwhelmed and touched by the support that Richard has extended to both ourselves and the seller. Richard, is incredibly knowledgeable and very efficient at problem solving. He has gone over and above to help us reach a satisfactory outcome. I would highly recommend this mobility provider, particularly Richard for the excellent customer service provided, even though we were not his original customer. Purchasing and maintaining mobility apparatus can be a daunting task, however, knowing that you will be treated with honesty and compassion goes a long way. An absolute asset to the community.
