Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Norwich

Staff were friendly but their rental policy is a joke. Having used so many other rental companies without issue, this one will now be avoided. What a wasted trip.

Truly excellent experience, five stars from start to finish. Customer service went above expectations, professional, helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a brand new Jaguar XE r-sport with just over 400 miles on the odometer, hired for a long weekend and really didn't want to return it by the end (I would highly recommend). Will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

I hired a car from here though my car insurance while mine was being fixed in the garage. I thought everything was going smoothly until 3 weeks after I returned the car when I received an email from enterprise stating there was a scuff on the front bumper and I was to pay £85 to fix it plus a £60 admin charge. I rang to dispute the charge and ask where to send the pics I took when I dropped the car off (always take pics) I was put through to a manager who said she can see from her computer there was no damage and she would remove the charge. (Blamed it on new staff that have recently joined the company.) I asked for an email to state the charge was being waved but have yet to receive confirmation. This has somewhat ruined my previously pleasant experience with the company

I tell you. Booking confirmations were not honoured, I arrived and told there was no car available. I was told the car would be ready 3.5 hours later. I returned, the car was not cleaned inside or out. When I returned the car a claim was made against me for a missing parcel shelf. I showed a photo that shows the parcel shelve wasn’t in the car at collection (photo taken as the car was filthy inside), and despite ‘being believed’ it wasn’t in the car collection, and showing the photo, I was made aware that a claim would be made against me by the branch. I have rented I have rented through business and personal accounts since 2014. Based on this I won’t be troubling Enterprise again.

All the staff there were so kind and helpful, brilliant customer service. They were so helpful in dropping me home after I had returned the car as well, which I was very surprised and pleased with. I would recommend this branch to anyone coming to Norwich

They rang to cancel my booking for the following day at 16:45 as I failed their address checks (lived there for over a year) and I had a debit card but not a credit card... Luckily got it cheaper elsewhere last-minute!

Hired a van online was told was available paid in full went through the online check in only to called the day before collection to say nothing was available to hire. Had planned to use the vehicle for a holiday as was on a weekend couldn't find any alternative would not recommend this company to anyone to make things worse was told would take 10 days for refund appalling service
