Empire RV - American Motorhome Hire & Sales specialist

I have given 2 stars as the young lady I spoke to on the phone on 1st August was excellent and came a across as genuinely interested. I left my land line and mobile number and explained that we were looking for a large motor home as my wife has MS and requires a low threshold shower and a hydraulic life so fully expecting that its going to cost in the region of £150k-£200k possibly more.She explained Dave deals with this and he would call us back as soon as he returned to the premises later in the day.After that, nothing. No call, no messages.We have subsequently contacted a manufacturer in the USA which while they are thousands of miles away have been incredibly attentive since we made contact with them. Perhaps sales in the USA are harder to come by than they are in the UK just now.

10 star service in every way. Battery charger went on my RV and they fixed it within a day.Staff are able to answer any questions you have. They even gave my Fleetwood a full 19 page habitation check that checks eveything (even the battery terminals) plus a full engine service and generator service and a full valet.They are the only ones I would trust with my rig as the care and pride they take in their work is phenomenal.

Really good customer service took the time to show us everything in stock. Altho we decided to purchase elsewhere by no fault of empire rv. They just didn't have what we were looking for. ( we wanted a specific model)

I rented two RVs from Empire for the Goodwood Revival. Thoughtfully equipped, beautifully clean and tidy, essentially a boutique hotel on wheels, placed next to each other, fantastic service. On leaving I forgot a rather good blue tooth speaker, and lo and behold they found it and returned it, outstanding!

Phoned up to make an appointment to visit their showroom in 2 days and spoke to a polite lady called“Kat”, she took a message to get “David” to call me and book the visit. To date the call was never received even though I confirmed the phone number with “Kat”Being a seasoned rv owner having purchased two, one of which was brand new and looking to spend £100k plus the trade in, clearly was not enough for these people.Poor customer service, hence the one star.UpdateWent to the site, some time after and spoke to David, who was apologetics and my understanding is he is actually running the sales side on his own, yet another company not staffing their business adequately and then can’t understand why customers are unhappy with the service

Excellent inventory, we hired them for motorsport events and they are amazing. Arrived on site and they are already parked up and ready to use. Very well equipped.Friendly service and knowledgeable staff.

We came from Holland to buy the RV we liked. James and his staff were very helpfull.
