Responsive service received from Abigail. Even though my husband and I did not secure the rental we wanted because the times proposed clashed with our business commitments and the property was in high demand. Leaving a review because we still appreciated the professionalism.

Couldn't recommend Dorset Property enough they are a great estate agents that get things done in a timely and efficient manner, nothing is ever too much trouble and unlike other estate agents you don't need to chase them, they get back to you when they say they will and always have your best interests at heart.Any problems have been sorted out immediately and they are so professional when dealing with any issues in a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and look forward to dealing with them in years to come.

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and misleading experience I had with Dorset Property in Wimborne. When I contacted you regarding the advertised flat, I was informed that an immediate viewing couldn't be arranged due to the current occupancy. Despite my strong interest and willingness to offer a higher monthly price than advertised, I was unfairly denied the opportunity to do so. It is particularly upsetting to learn that the property was taken by someone who had already viewed it before the viewing day we would have. Their handling of the situation reflects a lack of transparency and disregard for potential tenants. I must also mention that the behaviour of their staff was exceptionally rude throughout my interactions with them.

Dorset Properties has rented out and managed my beautiful Victorian property in Wimborne for the past 5 years and I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and response time to calls, works requested, information needed etc. On every level they are brilliant and because of their careful vetting system in finding suitable reliable tenants, 6 monthly inspection visits, immediate response to maintenance requests, and my house still being in immaculate condition I highly recommended their managed service. We are tenants of Dorset Property and have been since July 2020. We have an 18 month old baby girl. We have had a few little issues but I can honestly say I've never known an agency to be so hands on and efficient. Lindsey Pitman who I deal with personally is incredible. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is one of those people that you can trust to get something done and done quickly. Me and my family can't thank her enough for her efforts and communication. From moving in to our home till now she's been amazing. If you are looking for the right agency to buy let or sell in the East Dorset area then this is the company.
