Ordered a pair of sandals for my sister online. Item arrived in an unsuitable condition (looked worn). Returned item with a polite note. Retailer sent me an email accusing me of returning a worn item. I’m gobsmacked - They aren’t even my size!! They are now sending same item back to me. Sisters gift was purchased elsewhere today and I will now be left out of pocket!! Will be contacting citizens advice and my bank.

Nice little shoe shop.The assistant on the day spent quite a bit of time helping find the correct footwear.There are men's selection as well but not as big as the ladies.They have plenty of Doc Martins to choose from and also a selection of Converse.They usually have a sale rail as well.

I saw a pair of boots on the sale rack I liked but the only ones my size were in the other shop. They arranged to get them over for me in a few days and when I came back they were great. I have got DM's and similar boots from here for years as they always have a good range of stuff.

Love this shop. There is such a good range of shoes and you rarely come away disappointed if you are looking for something specific. They can be a touch on the pricey side but it is always worth it if you know that you are getting the quality and comfort you want and that is important in a shoe.

It's a great place to buy shoes. The mens section isn't as extensive as the children's or womens but a good selection non the less. The brands it stocks aren't the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. The cheaper the price, the lower the quality. Well worth a visit if you need shoes while you are in Stockport.
