Mark is a genuine bloke, there’s no pushy sales and the initial purchase was smooth and painless. The real test of a good company though is their actions when something inevitably goes wrong. An issue with the van that had everyone scratching their heads meant that Marks customer service was really put to the test. Mark did his upmost to rectify the issue, keep us on the road so we could still run our business and went further than most to put things right. Despite what can only be described as a series of unfortunate events we would not hesitate to come back to Mark - some big companies could learn a thing or two from him!

Bought Peugeot boxer from mark chambers on 1 august on delivery told us it needs new air con pipe and 2 x new tyres 10 weeks later we are still waiting for this to happen we now have to replace the tyres at our cost due to them been illegal I rang 2 weeks ago and spoke to someone I was told mark would ring back but never did told the air con pipe was on back order I’ve sourced the pipe from other outlets I will remove this review if the invoice for the tyres is payed in full and air con pipe fitted like promisedStill waiting for this work to be carried out

Bought a Peugeot Partner Van 6-8 weeks ago from Mark. I have now done 2K miles since buying it and I’m so glad I did. After dealing with some less than accommodating dealerships, Mark was a breath of fresh air. All his vans were immaculate and Mark was happy to provide honest opinions and suggestions when asked. The van came with a new clutch which was recommended by Mark himself, a fresh service and MOT. I genuinely could not recommend a better dealership. When the time comes to get a new van, Mark will be my first port of call.

Bought my van off mark 3 weeks ago it runs mint and came in great condition came freshly valeted, 12 months MOT and service, Marks an easy guy to deal with real down to earth bloke and gave me fair price on the part ex for my previous van too, all in all great service will deffo use again at some point I'm sure.

After a run of bad luck with our previous vehicle, Mark was recommended to us to help us with a new one. We picked up our Vivaro earlier today and are so happy we did! The van is better than we could have imagined and Mark was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us with arranging the finance and was available to answer our questions at any time.
