Excellent company. From Cliff coming round to give us a quote for a new front door and patio doors, he explained fully everything we needed to know, he wasn't pushy at all, I felt comfortable talking to him. The doors were fitted by Ollie. He did an amazing job, he certainly knew what he was doing! Really neat finish, couldn't fault. Would definitely recommend this company, they are so helpful, they don't take liberties with the prices and their work is great. Thank you Swift.

We asked Swift Home Improvements to replace most of our old windows and doors. They have improved the look of our house 100%. Derek, Owen, Laura and the team could not have been more helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Placed an order with swift home improvement for a custom made window. Was informed 2-3 weeks to make, five weeks later I call to see if the window was ready. I was asked for a deposit which I understand but this was full payment for the order which was confusing. Confirmation the window was ready, admittedly when the order was place I was told that fitting the window would be delayed due to the amount of work they had on at the time. I asked for availability and a price, 6 - 7 weeks of emails and phones to be told they would get back to me later I still didn’t hear anything which should have been a straight forward conversation. I collected the window as the period of time to be able to get answer was worrying me and had to use a recommended independent window fitter to come over and install it (called on the Friday afternoon round to fit the Saturday afternoon). Communication with this company is dire with the attitude of staff very lethargic. Please note the window was in good order but didn’t come with glazing spacers or delivery. Disappointing experience with no chance of return custom.Wish the response time was as quick as the reply to this review was.

I had swift home improvement to install 3 panel bi fold after 4 years started to get white specks in the double glazing contact them last years to get them replaced heard nothing until last month numerous emails and phone calls I palm away excuses so finally had a date to get them replaced, so taken a day off work for the appointment was at 12pm then got phone call at 4pm saying the door glass was smashed when its was loading on van. Until this very day I have still not been contacted by swift on a ETA on panel replacement you wonder how long does it take to make 1 glass panel by the time its made my 10 years guarantee would if ran out absolutely ridiculous.

I've used Swift twice to replace windows. They were quick to respond, provided a really competitive price, and the did a fantastic job at installing them- the installer was friendly, kept the house immaculate, and the finish was perfect.

We used Swift to replace French doors and side windows in our lounge and dining room. They did an excellent and efficient job at what we considered to be a fair price. Would use them again if the need arose.

Excellent work from the Swift team. Top customer services and worked with me to ensure I had the right product for the look I needed, which transformed the property. Great quality all round.

Quality and workmanship can’t be faulted. Only let down is the snagging. Have been chasing since February to get the job completed (have paid in full) and it’s only a small catch needed to stop the doors hitting the glass when opened. Please team, let’s get this sorted!
