Low Whinns farm

Had our sprocker for just shy of 12Months now. The service and advice from the breeders was brilliant. A professional and welcoming set up. The breeders work their own dogs and all their dogs can be seen on site. Would definiteIy be in touch again in a few years time.

Disgusting conduct from what is meant to be a reputable company apparantly. Had a family member looking to purchase a dog from them after losing her dog recently and going through a brain tumor and when she found out their tails were docked decided she wasnt interested as she doesnt like that which is fair enough and a matter of opinion. She then recieved a snotty text calling her a time waster and is now very upset as she struggles to cope with these things.Word to the wise low whinns farm. Not everyone has had an easy life and i expect things probably happened there too that were not the easiest to cope with. So from a customer service and marketing manager just remember that a voice at the end of a phone is a human in the world also.All the best...

We got our wonderful Sprocker 2.5 years ago. He has a lovely nature and was easy to train. Fantastic breeder, very experienced and knowledgable, would highly recommend.
