I would not recommend Tassi lettings to anyone looking for a place in Nottingham. Tassi will do whatever they can to line their pockets, at the expense of their tenants. They have caused unnecessary stress on my fellow housemates and I throughout our second year. We have had many issues with our property, and highlighted these to Tassi, but they were never resolved.In January, we told Tassi about a RAT problem in our house. All they did was get pest control to put out some poison, and this of course did not stop the issue, then upon checking out of the property, we were given a £270 charge from our deposit for rodent control.The dryer door broke 20 days into our tenancy, due to general wear and tear, as it was clearly an well used dryer, we informed them straight away, and nothing got done about it for the rest of our tenancy, so we did not have a functioning dryer for nearly all of our tenancy, and were faced with a £70 charge for this upon check out.The shower also leaked through the ceiling half way through our tenancy, nothing got done about that so we had to put a bucket under it permanently.Also our extractor fan light broke, we were told the contractors had ordered a part and was due to arrive 4th April, but that was never fitted. This is only naming just a few issues.We were always made to feel like the problems were our fault due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism over the phone and email. They do not care about the issues with the house, all they care about is your rent money.If you would like to have a letting agency that will work with you to ensure your tenancy is going as well as possible. I would strongly suggest using a different company. It seems the overall consensus amongst Nottingham students is that Tassi is a very unprofessional and dysfunctional lettings agency.

I’d initially left a high review as Joanne was helpful at the start of the tenancy, however the recent service received has caused me to drastically rethink the appropriateness of it.On taking possession of our property the place was filthy - cigarette butt ends inside and bodily fluid stains on various surfaces. Called Joanne and said I wouldn’t be able to stay in the property as it was filthy. She arranged for two cleaners to come out for an hour that day, as well as coming back the next. They made it survivable while I cleaned the rest. Imagine my surprise on moving out to be hit with deductions for cleanliness! Have a look at the photos and judge for yourself.Good luck getting them to respond also! 6 weeks since leaving the property and still no further with getting the deposit back.Ps the maintenance chap is a top bloke though.

The most incompetent organisation I have ever seen in my life by far, (and Ive lived in 4 countries now). The only rival place that comes to mind is the sketchy barber that shaved off half of a friends eye brow.They handed us a place with a broken fridge, broken oven/microwave, and where 1/2 showers couldn't produce hot water. It took them about a month to fix the first 2 issues and more than half of the tenancy fir the later. We then had a leak and subsequently a mold issue, this took them over a month. Now with the deposits, we hired professional cleaners and they still want 200 for cleaning, they want money for something that was there before and all that with the audacity of submitting that claim to DPD 6 MONTHS AFTER WE MOVED OUT. They also want us to prove that the thing that was there before was there even tho the burden of proof is on them.Genuinely I don't get how they're employed, why they exist and why any landlord works with them.

Well we’re to start we move into a rent property in June 2021 we were told our house was going to be painted. Never happened! Then our front door was so hard to open and became a fire hazard for my children as they couldn’t open the door. Reported it many off time for it to be come even worse they would send someone out to look at it and they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Fast forward to September me and my husband spit up to then October 2023 I received an email saying I had been given a section 21. Then they went to my house handed my ex husband a letter took a picture and never said anything. This was the section 21. They delivered this at 5:30 on a Friday night. I had to be out the house by 15th December 2023. As you can imagine I didn’t no what to do or where to start. Monday I phone the office and spoke to someone asking why o had been given it and to ask the landlord if I could have another month with everything going of and to get me through Christmas with the girls. To then find out this was never asked yet I was told I couldn’t have the extra month. I then don’t hear from then till end off November for them to then send me a email that we had someone booked in to come and look at the house. By this point I was fuming I phoned them and the house had gone back up on the market for an extra £200 I was disappointed that they hadn’t phoned me to let me know. So I stopped anyone coming to look at the house with the situation hard enough as it was. Then I received a phone to see if I have anywhere to live which I didn’t I’ve had to go back to my mumAnd dads and live in there front room with my too girls. We left the house on Sunday 10th to then get a email and a phone call to see if we had move out the property and to hand the keys back yet I had till Friday 15th. I also informed them that I couldn’t lock my front door it was really hard to open but they wasn’t bothered. I was also told I had to re paint the whole house yet it was never done when we moved in to discover on our main bedroom the people before me had black paint in the main bedroom and went over with white. I am disgusted with how I have been treated these past few months and wish the tenants to our house all the best as there’s things that need doing in the house that won’t get done that you will get charged for.Tessi letting have caused so much stress and heartbreak I would never go with them again.

I think giving a 1 star review is generous, if I could I would give Tassi Lettings 0 stars. They are the most unprofessional and rudest company I have ever encountered during my 4 years at University. Joanne Brown in particular displayed very very very unprofessional behaviour. For example, I sent an email regarding a situation my house and I were dealing with as a lot of miscommunication was happening during that time. After sending that email, Joanne proceeded to call me and complain to me about her emotional state"

Zofia was so warm and welcoming showing me around. Even though we couldn’t get into the flat initially she did a great job at handling the situation. Compared to many other people that have shown me around properties she’s by far the best and most memorable.

i wish i saw the reviews of this place before i began my tenancy here because we are all experiencing the exact same issues, and by all i dont mean just my flat, i mean EVERYONE in the building. They are taking money from our deposit for things that make no sense. For example, our flat had 2 missing tv remotes when we came in and they are charging us £25 per remote that isnt there, when there is still only 2 missing.They also add a £155 cleaning fee when we cleaned the place and scrubbed it all down, including my mum, just to avoid having to pay extra. bare in mind when we first joined the accommodation there was shards of glass on the floor and dirt and urine in every toilet.

Dawn Walker went above and beyond helping me to secure a letting. Dawn understood how keen I was and ensured my application and tenancy agreement were processed swiftly. Dawn was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process and kept up excellent communication with me. I had previously let out a property with Tassi Lettings and had a similar experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. I have rented accommodation through a few different letting agencies in the past and my experiences with Dawn are by far the best. Dawn is a real asset to the Tassi Lettings team.

Dealing with Tassi Lettings was an absolute nightmare. Their communication was atrocious, marred by apathy and unprofessionalism. They treated us with blatant disregard, leaving us frustrated and ignored.The property's hygiene was appalling, a glaring sign of their indifference to tenant health and comfort. It was beyond disappointing to live in such neglect.Their handling of our deposit was nothing short of theft. They unjustly seized most of it, showing a complete lack of ethics and fairness. Throughout our tenancy, their assistance was virtually non-existent, making our lives unnecessarily difficult and stressful.In short, Tassi Lettings is a disaster of an agency, characterized by poor management and a total lack of decency. I urge anyone considering them to steer clear and find a more reputable and caring letting agency.
