I Ordered the shoes on Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday morning. The shoes were exactly as advertised and were a competitive price . I am very pleased with the service and the goods supplied. Well done to all the staff at Arthur knight shoes Northampton . I would definitely recommend this company

Really disappointed in the customer service here. Bought a pair of size 7 Mephisto shoes. It did not give me the option to select euro 41. I was sent a 6.5 sandal euro 40. When I advised they had sent the wrong size they refused to accept responsibility and informed me that I had it wrong, and their sizing is advertised, which was not apparent. Even so how can you justify your own different sizing when all Mephisto shoe boxes have the conversion on the bottom of every box, clearly showing a 40 to be a 6.5.I had to escalate complaint to PayPal and still had to pay £8.95 to return the sandals to them for a refund. Disgusting

Fantastic company, the customer service is brilliant. Would highly recommend. I bought some Tommy Hilfiger boots which were too big, they exchanged and shipped the smaller size. The postage was so fast that I received them sooner than I thought I would. I sadly had to return the smaller size as they were too small and have already been refunded within a matter of days. Can’t speak highly enough of them and will be shopping with them again. The customer service team on the telephone were really friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the speedy delivery all the way from the UK to my home in Phoenix, Arizona. I ordered my shoes on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday. In addition, I was able to purchase them for a much lower price than another online shoe company!

I purchased some Tommy Hilfiger boots labelled ‘Premium’ in their description which fell apart in one seasons wear. They were expensive boots and I’m gutted & they are unwearable due to the various holes in the soles allowing water to pour in. After a comprehensive email I have been fobbed off with being given the opportunity to buy another pair of shoes at half the RRP. They should be replaced or refunded which is the right thing to do in this case!!! Now they do not respond to my emails.Please save yourself the money & stress & go directly to the brand where some are offering 365 day returns & not a 3rd party retailer such as this!

I placed an order for a pair of John White Lucan Tan Brogues with Arthur Knight and they were promptly dispatched.Unfortunately they were the wrong size (as seem to be most things I buy online) so I returned them in hope of an exchange (accompanied with an email and note in the box). The replacement shoes were dispatched to me the same day they received the original pair back at the shop.I see a few reviews on this thread slating DHL as a delivery company which seem to be misplaced and should obviously be reviews on DHL's review thread - not this one.I found the customer service to be nothing short of exemplary throughout the entire exchange process and would not hesitate in recommended Arthur Knight shoes to you.

Being a disciple of Jeffery West shoes (I will buy no other brand) I was delighted to see a pair of Brogues from Jeffery West that were not offered on the Jeffery West site so therefore unique to Arthur Knight. The other thing is the free next/48 hr delivery with DHL. I'm so glad I have found this company and will buy from again soonI have also mentioned the company on the Jeffery West Rogues Facebook group too, and have I've had a few compliments on the shoes as well.

I bought two pairs of dress shoes and have been absolutely delighted with the service I received.I initially ordered a pair which ended up being slightly too big, so I returned it for a half size down and it is perfect.All emails have always been answered promptly and politely.Their delivery via DPD is absolutely phenomenal; The fastest I've ever experienced.Highly recommended.

Ordered shoes 9 days ago. Haven't received any correspondence beyond the initial order confirmation to confirm when they will be sent. Have emailed to ask when shoes will be dispatched.....24 hours later and still haven't received a reply. Getting a little concerned to be honest. Expected better service.

I ordered moccasins, received them, and when I opened the box, it turned out that the color was the one I ordered, and the model was completely different. The size fit and that would not drive the shoes through half the world, agreed with the seller for half the price. And the new moccasins arrived a couple of weeks later. Well done, I'm happy.
