I have been using Ian from Brooks exterior cleaning for the last few years for our window , soffits & Facia cleaning and gutter clearing, all I can say is he is always punctual and reliable which is more than I can say of our previous window cleaner and hes attention to detail is amazing , best window cleaner around!Jamie

Unreliable and unprofessional: requested an interiors window clean for which they failed to turn up. Requested a quote for soffits & fascias with which I didn't proceed so Brooks Cleaning simply dropped me without a word and subsequently bad mouthed me to my friend and neighbour for whom they continue to clean. They did not answer my email and several phone messages. I was a regular customer for several years.And now ... disappointing to say the least to read Ian's reply to my review above justifying his unprofessional behaviour by conconcting some perceived non-existent tension in our relationship and patronisingly alluding to my financial situation of which he has absolutely no knowledge.

I regularly use Ian Brooks to clean my windows and pressure wash my patio. He always does a fantastic job & is thorough & reliable. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

We are in the process of renovating a house and as you can imagine, the windows were caked in building dust. Ian responded to my enquiry within a very short time of me sending it and was able to come and do the work within a couple of weeks. The results are outstanding and his communication is exemplary. I am beyond pleased and very impressed with the outcome. Ian and his team will now be my regular exterior cleaners.
