I was looking for a coach to work with in order for me to focus my skills, and experience for what comes next in my career. I felt that I was at a point where I didn't know what I brought to an organisation, and what type of culture/business I was best suited to. Andrew was great at drawing out what my strengths are, what my values are and how this can add value in the workplace. He also challenged a lot of my assumptions and increased my confidence to be myself. This has been really useful going forward, and more so, it has helped me focus on what I'm good at, what I'm still learning and where I want to be. In addition, we all lose confidence in our approach at times and Andrew helped me see that it's important to follow my own path, be comfortable with who I am and how to play to my strengths to make a real difference. Over the course of 4 sessions, Andrew has given our group an insightful and informative experience. Through this I have been able to discover and deepen my understanding into various topic points.

Andrew supported me with a redesign of our organisational structure helping to bring in best practice techniques and ensure the project was kept on track with the core values driving the vision. We were able to create a sustainable structure which could expand as the company grew. From the very first meeting I had with Andrew he felt like part of our team and not an external consultant. He went on to lead on our management training using the insights discovery profile and is an amazing facilitator allowing for everyone to participate and get the most out of each session.
