The Quarries Scout Campsite
An amazing campsite with a variety of different activities.The site is separated to lots of small little glades.There is a tunnel/maze system and a tower to practice climbing on. There is also a small outdoor fort".The bathroom and shower facilities were brilliant and the site has multiple kitchens.A wonderful place to spend a weekend!"

The Quarries Scout Campsite
Very good campsite, lots of facilities and activities available, buildings to hire are good. What I really like is that there are lots of individual areas to pitch up, lots of woodland too so each pitch is quite private. There are also two great camp stores. Would definitely recommend you having a site visit.

Fairly nice, only dropped 2 stars because the facilities where quite dirty, the toilets were full of mud ect.

Fabulous place for Scout training & camp. Bit cold in the winter. Reasonable size car park if you get there early.Beware of roundabout directly before between N & S legs of the A5 & the A508 - it's not easy to exit in the right place!
