Do not waste your time with these chancers. I needed some documents signing and witnessing, this firm wanted to charge £400 for a £25 service all whilst keeping a straight face. Office and practice is lost in time, managed to find reputable firm which I suggest you do, who completed requirements same day for £25.

An absolute waste of time. Awful service.Arranged an appointment with Mr Gangar two weeks in advance for a Friday afternoon to fit around my work shifts.The day before the appointment I get a call from one of the secretaries advising my appointment is cancelled (without any valid reason) and demanding I should attend on the following Monday instead.I asked to speak to Mr Gangar but as usual I was told he was busy and I would get a call back. I’m still waiting for that call!Don’t waste your time or money here... go somewhere else where both your time and custom is valued!I will most certainly not be using this firm again.UPDATE - clearly the response from the firm TWO YEARS after leaving my review is evident of how ‘efficient’ they are. Just to be clear, we thankfully never became a client of yours, we had these bad experiences only whilst trying to book an appointment with Mr Gangar. Luckily we didn’t make it any further.

Absolutely brilliant service. If I could give more stars I would. We were selling our house. Don't know if I can mention names but Manny what a star. Can't fault him. Always kept us informed and reassured us about everything even though the buyers solicitor was a bit slow. Would really and highly recommend this company. If I need to use this company again I most definitely will. All I can say is thank you so much.

I couldn't recommend Gangar & Co Solicitors highly enough! I used their conveyance service for a property purchase in Dec 2021. I'm based in London, so it was mainly all done remotely. I dealt with Mr S Gangar, and he was professional, courteous, and readily available to me throughout the whole process.The vacant possession sale wasn't straight forward due to a running tenancy that had a few months to expire. Luckily Mr Gangar's attention to detail caught several discrepancies in the seller's approach to the sale. Some of these could easily have been missed, and would have left me in a very difficult position, both contractually and financially!We eventually completed on the exact planned date, despite a last minute miss from the seller's solicitor. The fees were very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work I hadn't appreciated would be involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gangar & Co, and indeed would consider them our family solicitor from now on!

We have used Mr Gangar on many occasions to undertake our conveyancing requirements. He is always prompt, easily accessible and very reasonable on fees. Always a great service.
