I went back here after previously having a good experience, however this time staff were seriously lacking customer service skills and were just plain rude. More interested in going for lunch than giving good service. Will not be returning.

I arrived slightly early as requested with locking nuts ready for an 11.30 appointment. My car wasn't taken un until 12.00 and then it wasn't ready to drive away until 12.55.So that was almost an hour and a half for two tyres.If I had been given a heads up about the team running late and how long it would take I could have left the car and come back later to collect it.There isn't even a drinks machine in the waiting room.

The staff fitted me in at the very end of the day approximately 4pm as I had a punctured tyre. I only had a temporary tyre on the car and needed to us a motorway to get to work. I was very grateful

I went there with a fleet car from another garage as kwik fit had the contract to replace the tyres. The manager made me feel very uncomfortable, he kept bragging and going on about how he does the best sales in the area. He then thought it would be funny to keep shaking the charity box at me telling me I should make a donation. After him telling the fleet company all 4 tyres were below legal limit (only 1 tyre was on 3mm, the others were on 6mm) He then said if you don't have cash we have a card machine you can make a charitable donation with". The manager has a massive chip on his shoulder

Very quick and easy service. Booking online is very easy and the tyres were reasonably priced. I booked the day before and guys only took 30 mins to change two front tyres. They were all professional and very friendly. I'll definitely be going back.
