I contacted Jo as needed an independent damp survey on a wall in my house. She was very pleasant and explained the issues & remedies in great detail on the day, and followed that with an email of her findings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I contacted Surveys4Homes as tenants in a property I rent out said that they had damp within the property. I was able to quickly and easily book a survey with Jo who I met with the tenants at the property. To say I have been educated regards my property is an understatement!Jo completed the survey and was brilliant with my tenant - turns out it isn’t damp but Mould due to lack of proper heating and ventilation.My tenants and I have been given advice regards to this and I have also been given options for how I can help prevent this in future.An A⭐️ service giving honest advice.Having expected to be given bad (costly) news I am very relieved.Thanks again Jo.

Highly recommended. Jo came and did a survey of our property to investigate source of moisture and identified several issues immediately with great recommendations on how to rectify. The report was high quality as was the friendly service and we were happy with the fees charged. Best surveyor we have ever used.
