Be wary of this company . Owner argumentative and belligerent , as are his office staff [ daughter ? ] . Reported incident which could have ended badly with a coach full of school children . Advised checking internally and then hid behind the Data Protection Act to avoid further discussion . Complaint therefore filed in the Bin . Tried to explain my complaint will enable him to weed out less than good drivers and should therefore be encouraged but was treated to the phone being slammed down . If you have kids riding on these buses every day ask them about the drivers and how they feel their driving is - they will know - you can take action via the school , the owner will have to listen to them as it is unfortunately his livelihood .

Followed one of their coaches into work this morning along A34. Driver was very erratic and speeding on the road. Tried to overtake him on dual carriageway and had to speed up to try and make a safe overtake. Coach driver increased speed to undertake me at over 70 mph. At this point I decided to keep my distance and catch the rest on my dash cam.. Fortunately it was early morning and I hope no passengers were on the coach.

I was a passenger on a bus driven by Martin Glover in June. It was a tour of England and Wales sponsored by the University of Wisconsin (USA). Martin was the finest tour driver I have ever ridden with -- a consummate professional in terms of driving skill, patience, and courtesy. Beyond that, he was a delightful travel companion whose easy manner and humor made the trip more fun than it might have been given our many hours on the road. Martin is an unforgettable part of the trip and I thank him for that. I know others share my opinion of him.

We had a Pauls of Stoke coach to take 49 Yr7 & 8 students and staff to London for 3 days setting off last Tuesday 3rd July. Ian the driver was superb and like a 6th member of staff. Absolutely first class travel to and in London for our hectic schedule without being late despite the congestion!Our academy at Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews highly recommends this coach company.Thanks Ian again for some great conversation too.Phil Taylor HOY 8Ossma.

On coach No. 17 from Old Trafford to the FA Cup Final . Nice coach and the drivers were excellent . They were attentive and were quick to find an alternative route when it was obvious the M6 was gridlocked when about to join at the Jct with the A556. Other coaches carried on to the m/way whereas ours diverted via Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and onto the M6 further down , giving us a clear run. Similarly we got away well from Wembley despite one passenger holding up the departure , such that we were the second coach back at OT . A pat on the back !!

Booked a coach to go to Cheltenham races and it couldn’t have gone any better! Driver couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Will definitely be inquiring for next year!
