It was ok, staff are friendly but it didn't have a good feel

Liked it, but sometimes it feels like there's a lack of staff

Great experience from start to finish. A bunch of us ladies where there to attend a psychic evening with a sit down meal. Food was served fast and was delicious not to mention the amazing raspberry sling mocktails. Staff was pleasant and always on standby to help serve drinks to keep them flowing for the night. Never been the one for casinos but this evening has changed my mind. Will be back again xx

Staff were very happy to accommodate any requests and were very professional and friendly. The decor of the casino is impressive and it offers a very nice view of the river Clyde as it sits right on the river. A good layout of the casino that meant it was easy to watch live roulette games in progress and also had an okay selection of machine games but maybe a bit small.

Decent prices for drinks. Quiet but also spacious location too.

Lovely location for a casino with views over the river from the restaurant.Nice casino but limited games compared to other casinos in Glasgow. There is no poker or dice tables.The restaurant is ok, prices are good but quality of the food could be better.Tempura broccoli was more thick batter than broccoli. They didn't have any salmon, which was my main choice as I don't eat red meat so I just had the vegetarian option of Korean BBQ noodle dish, which actually was very tasty.All the staff I met were all very friendly and helpful.

As an old casino hand I popped in riverboat in late afternoon to be told its only machines that are operating. So had a beer waiting on tables to open. Beer was stinking told bar tender maybe pipes need cleaned. She agreed and said said beer was cloudy. To be fair she offered me another out same tap I said that will be the same so she gave me another out different tap. Half way through that it was smelling I told them again. Then I was asked by security to leave. Can't believe this is the way these people operate now. Would never go back. They are no proper casinos now just glorified bookies with heavy handed tactics.

Wouldn't let a group of us in because I was limping due to an injured knee. Really rude reception staff
