Not ready after 2 1/2 weeks. Staff couldn't care less. Eventually ready, unfortunately didn't check. Waist taken in but not tapered. £30 and 2prs trousers ruined. Diabolical, go elsewhere.

I have been there a few times, they fixed up my ripped trousers in a way that was least obvious that it is repaired. Very considerate of time, even though they look understaffed with the work load, they are always trying to accommodate you the best they can. Last time I was there they fixed the buckle on my backpack and added a few bits to help keep it in place, they are quite crafty

Coat required a new zip. The shop had the coat for 3 weeks, been back twice and still not ready. Told to wait or come back again and I explained I couldn't and wanted my coat and the £18 I had paid for a zip (over priced as it was)Wow the shop owner erupted at me and said she wanted the half a zip she had already put it and angrily cut out the zip while continuing to shout at me.Fortunately I have my coat and refund back, but definitely not an experience anyone should go through

They repaired a torn leather jacket for me (a nasty ripped pocket that i thought wouldn't be repairable), the result was excellent, i couldn't even see the rip and i knew where it was! 100% will use them again for future repairs or alterations

Efficient service but the prices are as expensive, and in some instances more expensive, than central London (e.g. Shepherd's Bush). They lack manners but are good at what they do.

Awful experience. Shocking service. I urge no one to take their clothes here. Staff incredibly rude and totally unhelpful. Take your alterations to carlisle.

Lovely lady who managed to fit me in at short notice to get my ceremonial trousers taken in for a remembrance parade. Prices are very reasonable too and the quality of the work is excellent. I’ll be taking more items back for adjustments in the future
