Amazing place for soft play my girl absolutely loved it and had so much fun. Extremely cheap and has a lovely cafe. On site parking. Will be making this place our regular.

Popped in today so my little lad could use the new play area. Only cost £3.50 as he's 3. Lovely play area. The climbing section wasn't open but that looked like but would be great when it is open. Nice cafe area selling Costa coffee and various sandwiches and cakes (No Coke though!!)They've not quite finished all the revamp yet. Today was cash only until they get the card machines working. Think it has great potential.

Fantastic climbing walls for kids. Instructors were very helpful and supportive. Atmosphere was calm. Great value for money. The softplay area was also very good, good condition and fun.

Only use the wall climbing and soft play. The Cafe serves lovely Costa drinks. Only downside of getting a Costa there is you don't get beans or free drinks like you do at a normal Costa.The place is clean.Now the reason for only 3 stars,I am disabled and cannot get through the entrance door without help. It's ridiculous it's a lovely place but no disability door. The people on reception say just knock but I don't like to. Even an intercom would work but nothing. I feel very strongly about this so you are lucky to get a 3. Your other areas are great.

The coffee machine wasn't working, no air con. And the manager was very rude about the waste of food in the party room that I was attending, no smile when greeted to pay after waiting a few minutes while she put water in a machine, no very professional at all.

What a fantastic place this was my first time. I needed help with getting some documents printed off. one of the staff there helped me to do this I could not of done this myself. Big thumbs up.

Great activity for the kids. Both ours loved climbing up the different walls. They both felt safe desending with the equipment. Area and facilities very clean. Just wished the staff could be slightly more happy and friendly, especially the female on the front desk.

had my childs 5th birthday party there. room was not ready wrong childs name on the door one bag of crisps in the shareing meal for 18 kids and so short staffed that the lady assigned to our room was having to split between two rooms i had to take over. huge dissapointment wrote to daniel the manager to discuss this in april still no answer

DO NOT SIGN UP for a gym subscription!Catch out policies mean, if you don't cancel as soon as you start your plan, they will charge you £26 for the next month!!30 day advance for cancellations is ridiculous, I am disgusted and feel cheated.

Like the classes and the gym, only falls down a bit on a couple of machines been broken for a little while now. Over all its good and keeps me reasonably fit.
