Simonds Coach & Travel

The Strictly trip over to Birmingham with Simonds was seamless! Dale the driver was friendly and chirpy even though the day had an early start. The coach was modern and really comfortable, and the drop-off/ pick-up was really close to the venue. Even with a tight car park for coaches, Dale did a fabulous job getting us there, parked and home all with a smile on his face. Thoroughly recommend Simonds and I’m looking forward to the next trip.

Not happy with the website not being updated and NOBODY answering the phones for queries about services which people rely on during recent flooding problems

We just travelled to Lancaster and Back with 64 youth both Monday 8th Aug and Saturday 13th Aug and we couldn't have had better service!! David and Dale were so friendly, chatty and all round welcoming to everyone :) Best service we have ever received with coaches!! Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and dedication to customer service :)

Simmons provided Busses for a wedding in Southwold and were excellent. I unfortunately left my camera on the bus, not only did they find it but they also wrapped it up securely and allowed me to arrange a courier collection. Very happy to see it again Thanks!

I took the 9.30 bus from Diss to Harleston this morning. I don't use public transport if I can help it, but circumstances meant I had to. I have to commend the bus driver. He was helpful, pleasant, drove really well, and basically made my journey a positive experience. I will recommend Simonds, and I will highly likely use the service again - just because I can! Thank you so much.

A decent service, but the buses for the Diss to Bury route are very rusty, dirty and just not nice to ride in, not to mention that the double decker buses constantly scratch and bump into trees, if I wanted something mostly solved is the tree problem. Either from the branches that keep smashing into the top floor windscreen or chose a different route/bus, not very pleased. -Ryan

Local buses still competing with cars .although the bus won on this one the car parking in the town centre would of cost more than the bus fare ,often overlooked the bus on this rural route is more handy than first thought

Just a casual reminder to your coach drivers that just like cyclists are warned to take care when passing a large vehicle like a lorry or coach, your coach drivers should also do the same.224 ENG didn't get this memo on old Norwich road. The road narrows near Whitton Church lane but your coach driver decided to pass me making me slow down and then slowing down themselves once they realised they couldn't bully their way through the traffic ahead. I thought that these were professional drivers...

I use Simonds (Simonds Coach and Travel/ Countrylink) twice a day 3 times a week. I really can't complain about the bus company, - ALL our drivers for the Number 2 Service (Roydon - Norwich Railway Station, via Long Stratton, via Dickleburgh, and via Diss) are so friendly, polite, helpful, and are all fabulous drivers.The bus is always 5 - 10 minutes late arriving at Scole, but on the whole I don't have a bad journey, to and from Norwich/ City College.The Staff in the office are all very helpful, and polite too. Always respond to emails and messages/ Facebook comments, etc quickly.Thank you everyone at Simonds.:) x
