The Laser Lounge, Hereford

After having wanted to try laser hair removal for a while, I visited Nikki @ The Laser Lounge on a recommendation. 10/10 service from the get go! Nikki is wonderful and friendly, evidently knowledgable and put me at ease straight away. The clinic space is beautiful and professional. The results I’ve had so far (on my 3rd underarm session) have been phenomenal, and I can’t wait to continue with the treatments - legs next!Definitely worth a visit if you’re considering laser hair removal in and around the Herefordshire area ✨ (I travel from Tewkesbury!)

The Laser Lounge in Hereford is a fantastic new clinic space run by the fabulous Nikki. I have never had any laser treatment before and thought I would give it a go on recommendation. The clinic is a beautiful and immaculate space. Nikki is super friendly and made me feel relaxed from the offset. She is highly professional and worked efficiently and explained the process to me along the way. I have had a couple of sessions now and the results have already been transformative. Thank you!

Wow! The Laser Lounge in Hereford is fabulous, from the moment you pull onto the car park you are warmly welcomed by Nikki, the treatment room is beautiful, it’s impeccably clean, stylishly decorated and very modern. After a cup of tea and a chat Nikki began my treatment, we was professional, caring and warm. She clearly knew what she was doing explaining every step of my treatment. Having used other salons previously for hair removal Nikki and The Laser Lounge Hereford are miles ahead. Her machine is the very best you can buy and my results show this. Her aftercare was thorough and she has contacted me since my treatment to make sure i am completely happy. Nikki is a perfectionist and this shows. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hereford’s definitely lucky to have Nikki and the wonderful Candela machine!

I enjoyed a wonderful treatment experience at The Laser Lounge provided by the lovely Nikki, who was very welcoming and hospitable.I am new to laser hair removal but every step was explained clearly and concisely. The state of the art Candela machine caused me no discomfort at all, and left me with no irritation afterwards.The location is great, just outside of Hereford, and the treatment room itself is beautiful. I look forward to returning for my next session!
