I very unexpectedly found myself looking for a new flat to rent earlier this year and for the most part it was quite a demoralising experience.From my first contact with the agency (after which I literally made a note in my RightMove app that the agency seemed amazing), to securing a home and now being here a couple of months, I have been blown away.Every individual I have dealt with has been great, but it is in particular Wes, who has really impressed me throughout the process. As an ex estate agent myself I was very ‘picky’ about who I selected to market my home and I have to say Jack and his team are beyond doubt the best agency I have had experience of in the Brighton and hove area. After meeting his lead negotiator on a viewing I was so impressed above all other agencies we’d viewed through (which was a lot!) I called him first and found his care, professionalism and charisma spot on. I experienced a long and difficult conveyancing process and Jack’s support was second to none.I would never consider any other agent in the future and certainly can’t complain that he sold my flat on the first viewing day at well over asking price!
