Customer service terrible. 3 days in a row I try to make an appointment, keep being told 'ring tomorrow'. Then I am told, you cant make bookings with the salon, you have to go on to instagram..find a barber then go on to his insta, then make a booking like that! Super confusing to even find a list of barbers let alone finding one that has a clear booking platform. Anyway found one - Lamin. Made a booking, got a confirmation, got a reminder too. Took a long journey by Uber with my son who has been planning this 'cut' for months - who is very excited - arrive to a closed shop! After some time a lady shows up and has no clue about the booking, and tells us to ring 'Lamin' via insta. Who of course doesnt pick up. So we take the expensive Uber all the way back home...Appalling in this day an age. Who does this?

Top customer service, every barber welcomed me, offered water and made my stay extremely comfortable. The place is very clean, designed very well, with super cool pictures and good music!Phara is kind and made sure my 10 years old son was comfortable during the trim. You get what you pay for. Exceptional service - I will be back!

Great service although I wasn't able to get a hold of a barber in time, they still did their best to sort me out!

Trim was nice, he was rushing my beard and didn’t even shape up beard and he cut my moustache half way idk why it was very annoying since I had travelled nearly an hour just to come to him

Next level fades and shape ups. Yes it’s a bit more than regular barbers but if you do want to look that extra sharp the price is totally worth it.
