DX Express

I paid for express delivery as needed the item urgently. The package was delivered a day late to the wrong address. Courier clearly lied about it being left with a neighbour because the surname of the neighbour given was my own surname. I was asked to look at the photo of where it was left, figure out where it is in my area, and go and find it myself! Rather than them go back, collect, and redeliver it. They didn't follow through on sending the photo across though and I was left to contribute chasing them every day. Then, they said they would collect it and redeliver and assured it would be that day, but again, it didn't show up. Still waiting now for issue to be resolved.Company I ordered from (blinds2go) are refusing the resend the item or issue a refund, so I am left out of pocket and without the items needed urgently.

Absolutely useless. To get to my house you need to go up a few steps and they have refused to deliver. I had no notification from them regarding the delivery, I only found all this out when I contacted the company I bought from. I am fuming. Wouldn’t touch this lot with a bargepole.

La peor compañia de entrega. No seHace la entrega y los motivos que da es que no habia nadie en casa, y que ha dejado nota de que ha pasado. Nadie ha pasado por casa y por supuesto no ha dejado ninguna nota… toda la mañana esperando el paquete, en casa, mañana perdida. Nada recomendable. Mas de una hora intentado contactar con la central y nadie coge el telefono. Le he puesto una estrella porque no me deja publicar pero por supuesto no se la merece.

Moved it up to four stars Came the next day and the driver said that it wasn’t the normal driver and was very apologetic came very well wrapped as well would put 5 but that one driver makes it a fourThe driver that was meant to deliver my bumper today is blind massive note on the door saying (please leave parcels at 70) I leave at 5am and don’t get back intill 4pm and laterSo I can’t take it hence the big note on the door, a part I desperately need now I have to take more money out of my pocket for insurance on a diffrent car when I wait a couple days for this item for my car. Also says they’re open intill 6 on google and rung them at 5:14 and no answer.

If there was a choice I would give no stars. Delivery promised 4 times in the last 6 days. Has failed every time. The dispatching company is trying to help but I have NEVER had such awful service. I rather doubt if I will ever see my parcel.

Worse than useful. Lufthansa delayed our bags. Employed dx delivery to get them to us. Delivery guy sat in van and left. Didn’t even bother to get out. Got a text saying he left a note, there was nothing. No response to online chat or callsGot through to someone and they answered, asked for tracking number and hung up on me

Awful delivery company! Phone number doesn't connect to a person, the online chat is unavailable, never bother to contact you and never responds enquiries. Would never use this company personally again.

Took the day off to receive an important delivery, driver came and went without to much as a knock, no way of contacting DX, no call handlers, live chat dosent work. Not really what I would call helpful or would qualify as a delivery service.Tried to redeliver the next day and said once again we were not in. Checked our CCTV and both times no one came up the drive.Stick with Royal Mail.

Been waiting for 2 days on a delivery still nothings arrived delivery day keeps being changed, contacted numerous people including the sender says items being held at the depo but for what reason there wasn't one! Don't use shambles no one wants to help and still with no product!

I was meant to receive my parcel today wasted all day waiting, looked back the cctv footage and saw the driver taking a picture while in the van and stuck in traffic not even attempting to deliver the item, notes left on parcel to call me and and the front door as well never again will refuse to use this company unless they keep thier word and deliver tomorrow, I will make this cctv footage viral if I have to
