i called the shop to ask about a pole was very helpful on phone went to shop to pick new pole up and owner was very helpful he rang around to try find if i could get a topkit for matrix torque margin pole without me asking very helpful guy was my first time at this shop and will deffo not be my last

Not a fan decent enough stock but dont go expecting friendly service from someone who looks like he enjoys what he doing because you wont get it,A customer relations course wouldn't go a miss, Can't be bothered attitude isn't great for business,Grim shop with miserable staff use another shop Aston ponds or Wickersley i would recommend at least they are pleasant.
