Very pleased with the very friendly & helpfull team at the Phone & Computer Shop , Colwyn Bay. The repair to my pc was completed quickly & the suggestion of an upgrade was well worth it. Great service.

After being unable to find anyone who would replace a wifi issue on an iPhone 7 plus I finally managed to contact A4Service and was very impressed with their effort, responsiveness and quality of the repair. Even during lock down they managed to work on the phone (which turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally thought but was still fixed!) and replied to every email within a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Thank you once again. Top class service. Took a laptop in on day before B/H weekend; needed replacement screen. Fixed and returned within 5 days. I’ve used other local services and this one beats them all hands down.

I would be very weary taking your phone to this shop, I took my iPhone in for a new screen, service was quick and very good, however since the screen was fitted I’ve had no end of issues, first was dust getting in to the front camera which caused the camera and facial ID not to work, I took the phone back, he cleaned it out put new mesh on to which he charged £30, fine as long as it would work, however within a couple days still had the same problem.Due to work, I couldn’t pop back into the shop, however, last week while sat down at my the desk the screen just froze, then the phone went off with just the apple logo flashing, I took the phone back to be told the phone was “damaged” and would cost £185 to fix, the phone had not been dropped or damaged, if it had then I would be very happy to pay for the repairs needed.I found the owner very rude, and believe he had sold a fault screen, had only been on two months, with case and screen protector. I had to pay £60 just to get my phone back…After taking it to another shop, they suggested that a few parts had been tampered with, this caused the phone to recovery itself, I have now lost all my data andPhotos that were on the phone..

The team at A4Service kindly replaced the battery in my 3 year old Google Pixel 2. Several other repair shops wouldn't consider the repair since the whole screen needs to be removed to access the battery, though A4 didn't hesitate to help. My phone is now as good as new and you'd never know it has been serviced. Thanks for an excellent service and I'll definitely be back if/when other devices need some TLC.

I went recently to get my phone fixed after the previous guy somewhere else wrecked it when he was fixing it.Fantastic company. Reasonable prices
