Neil installed a new bathroom,as well as some general plumbing/electric work for us. This included rectifying some previous cowboy work discovered during the build. On request, Neil provided a comprehensive report on conclusion of job, outlining work done.Work was professionally/methodically done, we were kept updated re progress, and any subsequent snags were dealt with quickly. Was happy to explain any compled issues and offer honest opinion re solutions. Tiler Neil brought in was likewise professional.Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Neptune just did our new bathroom and we are very happy with it. From the initial meeting with me and my partner, through to the consultation and advice, and down to the regular updates about the installation and the quality of the finish, all was excellent.We had a rotten wall and bad plumbing that needed replacing from a previous botched job and these have now all been put right. The new tiles really look great and we are so pleased with the way it looks compared to our old bathroom! We were also happy with the price, which was competitive and reasonable compared to some of the ridiculous quotes we had from other companies. All in all, a great bathroom and we would happily recommend Neptune.

Dealt efficiently and innovatively with some tricky issues when installing a new bathroom in a croft house with a sloping ceiling. Listened to our requests and achieved a high standard throughout.

I had Neptune complete a full refurbishment of my bathroom. Neil was able to give practical advice and suggestions to aid my decision making and went that bit further to give me something a bit more special.I am delighted with the results and he showed up when he said he would and was tidy. I also had Neil fit bigger radiators in my property which not only look great but the place is much warmer.

I was kept updated at each step of the project, making sure I had a full understanding of its progress and of how the problems presented by the old pipes were going to be fixed. Neil did our tile floor and under-floor heating for our kitchen refit. Good quality craftsmanship and very patient. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to get started on the bathroom project with him

I recently had Neil complete a tiled kitchen splash back for me in my flat. I knew roughly what i wanted but Neil offered some very insightful advice on making the whole thing that little bit nicer. I settled on some rustic tiles and Neil was able to procure them at a fantastic price. The final result is perfect, the quality of his workman ship really shows in all the little finishing touches.

Neil did a brilliant job of completely refitting and tiling our bathroom. Neil is a highly skilled, hardworking and friendly professional. Great work!Neil redid my bathroom ceiling. I had an ongoing mold problem which he took care of. He had a test done for asbestos as I’ve an old ceiling, then when it came back clear he stripped the ceiling, replastered it smoothly and then came back to paint it.

Neil removed existing bathroom/tiling/walls & flooring in order to true up the walls level and plumb in preparation for installing shower to replace bath, sink vanity unit and toilet. The bathroom was rebuilt from scratch - floor strengthened to support the large shower tray, cement board to support the larger tiles and everything waterproofed before tiling and plastering walls and ceiling. End result is stunning with it looking and functioning like a 5 star hotel bathroom. Neil was extremely professional throughout the whole process, arriving on time, completing the job in the specified timescale and demonstrating a high attention to detail in all that he did. Would highly recommend Neptune Property Service to anyone requiring a bathroom or wetroom.
