5 years ago lime solicitors took on my negligence claim. In that time Sara Gibbs and Fernanda Simionato-Ayling worked tirelessly in getting the best result possible for me. Receptionist useless, rude and unprofessional. Refused to give name when I asked for it she asked why multiple times and I mentioned to put in a complaint. Refuse to give her name or provide a complaint procedure… obviously because she knows she’s not doing her job properly. She then proceeded to hang up on me for asking to put in a complaint.

Can't speak to Lime as I was only with them for a very short time but Rhea Javed (who acted as my solicitor) was an absolute star. I was transferred to Rhea when my original solicitors organisation was closed after dragging my case out for years, not communicating with me and not pushing for progress. Within months Rhea had achieved more than they did in years. I felt like she actually was on my team and wanted to fight for me. Would absolutely recommend.

These sort of claims take some time, but throughout the whole process (nearly two years) the service that I have received has been nothing but outstanding. Regular updates on progress with the claim have been provided and the outcome has been one with which I am more than satisfied.
