Massage Matters
Booked a last minute deep tissue massage to aid a recent injury and could not have asked for a better experience.Sadie listened to my needs and made sure she worked on the injured area with care.I feel a lot better after the massage and will definitely return in the future.

Sadie is brilliant. I contacted her about my bad back which she sourced to my hips. She gave me some exercises to do between appointments. Will definitely be rebooking.

I suffer with chronic back problems Sadie is my saviour when I'm having a bad flare and can hardly move. She will go out if her way to come to me. Sadie is professional start to finish I highly reccomend and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Highly recommend Sadie she is so knowledgable and very experienced. I suffer with chronic neck and shoulder pain, I went to Sadie after a particularly bad episode with my neck and within an hour I felt like a new person. I’ve had considerably less pain since and I look forward to more treatments with her, I would not want to go to anyone else.

I suffer greatly with neck and shoulder pain, which often results in severe headaches. I decided to visit Sadie after a recommendation, when 6 weeks of physio had failed. It's still early days, but even after one session, my neck feels less painful and stiff. I feel that it's worth every penny spent, if my quality of life and sleep improves because I'm no longer in pain.

Have seen Sadie for both relaxing and sports massages. She was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to help while I was Marathon training. Would highly recommend!!

I have visited Sadie at a number of locations over the years, latest is a nice salon central to Wokingham town. Easy parking nearby.Room is up a short flight of stairs and has a shower facility.Tried the CBD oil massage, was very relaxed and had a good night's sleep afterwards. Massage usual high standard. Highly recommended!

I started seeing Sadie a few years ago after a shoulder injury, I've also been to her for residual whiplash and general relaxing treatments. I can't recommend her enough, she makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. I always look forward to my next session.
