No problems. I usually use them to come back from the supermarket with the grocery shopping. Usually very good used them 4 days ago to get I Manchester Airport T1 to catch a very early flight. No complaints

Ordered a taxi Monday morning 10 to 9 after my car broke down, had to ring back after half an hour to see where it was, said 5 mins away. Still hadn't arrived by 25 to 10. Cancelled it. Ended up an hour late for work. Will stick to uber in future.

Avoid ⚠️ Waste of space. Booked via app and the trip was booked & paid for. Waited 10 minutes past my quoted pick-up time, even rang them to double check and the lady said 5 minutes. Not soon after I received a notification saying booking cancelled - no drivers.Poor.

Used these for 12 of us at the races excellent service arrived on time and super clean

Booked a taxi for the Airport. Our taxi turned up on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. Cheerful too which at 4:30 am is no easy thing. It was a great start to the holiday. We will definitely use hastings next time.

The driver was friendly and helpful asking me if I needed the heating on and he showed me a qwick way home, than the route I would normally take. Plus the car smelled fresh and was clean in and out. Would recommend to anyone 5 star***** plus

Literally wouldn't fault hastings. Always makesure I get mu taxi on time when I do the school run. Had a big mess up the other day and thought I'd be late but they sorted it for me ASAP. THANK YOU HASTINGS

I have changed my rating to one after a couple of bad experiences when using the app. Several times I've had the driver ask me to pay when vacating the vehicle despite it being pre-paid. Last Tues I booked a taxi at 8am, one was shown as on the way almost immediately. Then it cancelled. After calling twice to be told I was next in line for a taxi, and waiting 45 mins I cancelled and had to book via another company. The reason I was waiting so long is not because no drivers were available but there were no drivers in Clayton. I found this odd as usually a driver will finish one job and be given another which they will travel too even if it is in a different area. The company is also based in Clayton so to have no drivers in the area also seemed odd. I personally think a lot of them are doubling as Uber or Bolt drivers and that is why they are hard to come by. I used to highly rate this company but it needs to work on its app and service as whilst I was waiting the app was still showing as me being able to get a taxi fairly quickly.

Best price given back to Sheffield. On time. The driver was so funny and friendly. Made the last leg of our journey so much fun.
