I have been away from CrossFit for about 4 years and was a bit nervous about returning. Everyone was very welcoming and the programming is very good.The class times work well for me in the mornings and the fact you have to book on means they are never too busy.

Easily the best hour of my day. I was apprehensive about joining CrossFit but the team were so welcoming and supportive - I’m so glad I did. The classes are well structured and lead by knowledgeable coaches. The programming is also very engaging and can be easily adapted to suit everyone. The gym attracts a great crowd and it’s always just great to be there. Since moving away from Sheffield I no longer train here but will always look for an excuse to drop in!

I spent about 8 months as a member at CFK whilst working out of town. The place is a addictive. CrossFit is addictive. All you need to do is keep turning up and you will become fitter and stronger and if you want to become a athlete the coaches and setup is there for you to achieve this goal. I’m gutted to be leaving Sheffield and CFK behind.

I am deaf my first language is British Sign Language. I thought this was going to be a big challenge for me to go to CrossFit classes as the coaches didn’t know BSL.It was my best decision that I joined Crossfit Kelham. It’s been 3 years now. All coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming.CrossFit is definitely more fun than normal gym.

The team here a fantastic, they’ve introduced myself and my friends to CrossFit. The gym is very inclusive and every session is well structured , fun and challenging. Every coach is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a fantastic group of coaches and members, if you’re lucky enough that a space comes to join you won’t regret it!

I've been with CrossFit Kelham for almost a year and can't speak highly enough of it.Classes are varied, cater for a range of fitness and experience levels, and really push your strength and endurance levels to the next level.The instructors are highly knowledgeable and very approachable, helping to create an inclusive, encouraging environment.

CFK has been a highlight of my last year working in Sheffield. The gym itself is well equipped, the classes are fun, varied and adaptable to any fitness level, but the best thing about this place is the people. The coaching staff and members alike are all so friendly and welcoming from day one, as well as being extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It has a truly unique community atmosphere that sets it completely apart from most commercial gyms I've been to. I will miss this place and the people a lot! For anyone who is into, or wants to get into pursuing fitness, I cannot recommend it enough.

Really great gym. When I started CrossFit last May I was a bit nervous but James, Rebecca and all the other coaches are brilliant and I very quickly grew to love it. If you're thinking about joining a gym definitely give CrossFit Kelham a go.
