If there was an option for 0 starts I would give that! I placed an order 6 weeks ago and this week I was informed that the product I ordered was out of stock, as I had to get in touch with them myself. I ordered a cap and some boots, I was assured on the phone that the Woman I spoke to was looking at my cap and it would be with me in the next week along with my boots. I then asked for a full refund for my cap (which I have still not received) and that my boots would be sent via express delivery. The boots that I have been waiting for 6 weeks arrived today, only to find out that they have sent me the wrong pair of boots.I am now £150 out of pocket with no sign of a refund.AWFUL SERVICE, WOULDN'T TOUCH WITH A 10FT BARGE POLE!

Really poor service from their discount cricket outlet. The item arrived in a damaged box (it is a Christmas present for my son) 3 weeks after ordering. No proactive communication from them and no reply to two emails I sent plus I also went in to the shop in Headingley. I won’t be buying from them again.

Awful customer service. Not a single message acknowledged and not a single phone call answered. Ordered batting pads which they've charged me for but sent me batting gloves (which came pretty quickly to be fair). But in two weeks since the order was made I've not heard a single thing from them with regards to looking into resolving the issue and basically feel like I've been totally ripped off. Ridiculous

Having spent over £500 on two bats that have both broken within a 12 month period I would sadly not recommend this store. The only response you get is when you chase an update and this has to be done in person as they do not answer the telephone. Extremely poor service with one bat still outstanding and zero update 3 weeks later. I would go zero stars if that was an option.

I would seriously shop elsewhere. The place is a dump, the staff are rude and the service is terrible . Quick to take your money and slow to help or assist if there is a problem . Find a fault with a product and they won’t consider even discussing it in a reasonable manner . Avoid at all costs

Has been my usual place to go to get any cricker equipment however, i recently bought 2 cricket bats with 1 cracking down the middle soon after purchasing it. I returned the bat and was told it will be sent off to be inspected and i should recieve notification on or around the 4 week mark. It has been nearly 3 months now and none of my phone calls or emails have been responded too or answered in any way which i am extremely dissapointed about. I am £260 down and feel like i am being ingnored.

Great response and customer service!!Originally ordered a set of DSc batting pads and got sent a pair of DSc batting gloves. When I spoke to customer services the guys name was Matt. He looked into it within 15mims of my email, I sent him photos and the info for the miss picked item. Matt sent me a free of charge returns label straight away , apologising on the error. I sent the wrong item back and they dispatched the correct item for me before they received the wrong one back.Don’t read into the bad reviews on here.. they couldn't do enough for me to get it sorted quickly. Top class customer service and I’ll be using the pads tonight at nets. Will use again without hesitation

Ordered fleece and training trousers over 2 months ago and still no sign of them. Tried contacting them several times with no reply. Did get through on the phone once and they lied about it being delivered a month ago. Phone number just plays recording directing you to the online chat which isn't online or a chat. Basically just a fob off.
