TRAIN with Caitlin
I trained with Caitlin for several months and I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer. Caitlin made workouts fun, she is a great motivator but is mindful of your limits. Caitlin listened to what I wanted to achieve and used varied and effective training plans. I would recommend Caitlin to anyone but especially if you starting out or getting back into exercise.

I started buggy bootcamp as I felt it would be a great way to ease myself back into exercise. Being able to bring my daughter along, meet some other local mums and get out in the fresh air was exactly what I needed! Caitlin’s a fantastic trainer, especially when it came to postnatal exercises - making sure we were never doing anything our bodies weren’t ready for. She was also incredibly patient and happy to adapt the sessions to keep the little ones happy too. Highly recommend!

I initially started my PT sessions with Caitlin because I felt as if my progress in the gym had reached its plateau and I stopped seeing results. Caitlin helped me develop a fantastic plan for both PT sessions and my own individual sessions in the gym. I was really able to target my weakest areas (especially my upper body) that I had neglected for quite some time, and I was really able to get a sweat on. She is extremely friendly and very approachable during our sessions. I can't wait for the gyms to reopen so they can continue!

I booked in some PT sessions with Caitlin to help with ab seperation after 2 pregnancies. She is very professional and gave me some great feedback and exercises to help restore the core and build strength. I would definitely recommend her if you have any post natal concerns or just want to get fitter and stronger.

I started with Caitlin throughout my pregnancy with the intention of keeping active but safe during my pregnancy. Caitlin was amazing creating personal plans, adapting to my ever changing body and aches. I was able to keep fit and active throughout the pregnancy and had very few aches and pains. Despite needing an emergency c section the anaesthetist commented how fit and strong I was. My recovery for a c section has been exceptionally quick, by day 4 I was able to walk around the park and go for lunch. I put this all down to the wonderful work Caitlin did to prepare my body and keep my strength up for the pregnancy, labour and after! I cannot recommend Caitlin enough!!! Best investment I ever made for my self.

Choosing to Train with Caitlin was the best decision I made. After having my second baby, I desperately wanted to get back to feeling more like me again! The idea of going to the gym by myself was very daunting as I had no idea what to do on all the machines and instead, I decided to sign up with Caitlin. Caitlin listened to what I thought were my problem areas ('c-section mum pouch') and she put together a personalized and varied workout plan. I love the positive results I see and feel both physically and mentally.I can't recommend Caitlin enough, she is so warm and friendly and makes exercising fun!

Following the birth of my twins, I wanted to get back into fitness training and build on my core strength. Caitlin is trained in Postpartum Fitness, which gave my great confidence in working with her to guide & advice me on which exercises I should be doing correctly to reduce any risk of injury.Over the four month period of PTs with her I saw results which was super encouraging and I look forward to continuing working with Caitlin.

I have been looking for a PT for a while and whilst attending the gym I saw Caitlin was a PT there. I have been doing sessions with her since January and the results are amazing! She has already got me to where I want to be with my weight loss but is now focusing on toning! She is an incredible PT but also so personable, you feel like you’re talking to a friend! She lets you go at your own pace but also pushes you to get the best results. I can’t wait to see what the results will be like in a year, highly recommend Caitlin! Couldn’t wish for a better personal trainer :). Thank you!!!

Caitlin devised an excellent training programme and really helped bring about the improvements in my fitness that I was looking for. Her calm, motivational style combined with her in-depth knowledge of what types of exercise best develop certain muscle groups helps you reach those goals you thought would be impossible to achieve.

I did buggy bootcamp with Caitlin and absolutely loved it! It was the first proper exercise I did postpartum and I felt totally confident to train with Caitlin due to her extensive knowledge in postpartum training and recovery. Caitlin checked everyone over for any diastasis recti to ensure no one was going to do any exercises they shouldn’t yet be doing during their postpartum healing and she will also ensure any exercises are slightly changed to suit any specific individual needs should this be necessary.Caitlin makes the bootcamp classes fun and friendly for all and makes everyone feel welcome, no matter what your fitness level is! The classes are a great way to get yourself exercising as well as meeting other local mama’s.I’d definitely recommend Caitlin’s buggy bootcamp to anyone who was considering joining! Caitlin is great!
