Phoned for a delivery asked for two egg foo young with nothing in it just egg and chicken which obviously means no bean sprout no onion it arrived with lots of onions what I specifically said I didn’t want called back up to ask for another got told to call back in 20 minutes till reception spoke to boss to then be told that if I wanted the correct order to be sent back out I would need to pay asked to speak to boss and he said if I wanted to speak to him would have to go to the shop walked to the shop at 7 o’clock in the dark for the boss to try say it wasn’t on receipt so after putting up a firm debate I eventually got what I wanted got home and wasn’t even half in the container place is a joke wont be ordering from there again so have lost a loyal customer don’t recommend it to anyone

Changed Hands as noticed it was closed recently? Used to be good until most recent incumbents took over last licence a few years ago and lost it

I got myself a chicken fried rice with barbecue sauce. It was fantastic. The barbecue was rich and full of flavour. Most of the other Chinese places around about here serve up watery bland barbecue, more like a gravy. I'll definitely be back for more.

Used this place for years, NEVER AGAIN.Collected order and once home realised 2 Ham Fried rice missing from order, called them and the girl said she hadn't written it down and would get them sent out, not ideal as our food was already in the house, however mistakes happen. Chinese lad arrives with balance of order and wants paid for it, so wait I've to pay for your mistake after waiting another 30 odd minutes to get the order I'd already asked for. Simples, you leave the food free or take it and lose me and my family as regular customers, he asked for the food back, unbelievable, so he got it back, so his £16 rice has just cost him £2000 a year, well done idiot.

Ordered takeaway for the family . Items missing, staff very rude although delivery guy really nice and pleasant. Food came very quickly so was obviously reheats!! Unfortunately i was severly sick later on that night and another family member was nauseous. Wouldnt order from here again .

Love it the food is so good and there is this nice woman behind counter that sometimes gives us food for free and we usually go to charm house on Thursdays and saturdays so good.

Thought we try this Chinese takeaway, waste of money got Three meals everyone was tasteless, and that unusual for a Chinese meal.
