Friends Very badly setup bike purchased from new, many loose parts and things needing resolved for weeks after. One thing was resolved, but others kept cropping up and chose to take the bike elsewhere, to a local independent who was extremely thorough.An Unexpectedly low standard for a store that used to set a high bar for repair. I'd avoid and go independent
