I cancelled having hinges changed on a double glazed window due to cost. The fitter got into the property without my permission and changed the hinges and invoiced me. Refused to pay full bill as I didn’t want it done. No apology and had to pay for part but not labour. Unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

I had a very positive and helpful phone call with a representative. Following that, all communication was by email, where there were a number of miscommunications and delayed responses. After a month from my initial contact I am yet to receive a quote. Like a previous reviewer I have decided to use a more efficient company.

I called this company on 11 May. They called out to my 82yr old mums property to repair her faulty backdoor handle the very next day. Eddie sorted the problem efficiently & DG Servicing didn't charge a fee. Such efficient & kind service. Thank you D G Servicing for your generous service.

The black foil on the outside of our 15-year old windows and the windowsills was beginning to peal off and some window opening needed attention. After an initial survey, the openings were seen to in one visit, and the refoiling on another 3-day visit when the weather was better. I agree with some of the comments about communication with the firm, but I'm glad that we persevered as the quality of work was excellent and the workers themselves were most pleasant to have around the house.

First class service from DG Servicing. My 15 Year old bifold doors are now like brand new following the very thorough service from DG. All very efficient. Not cheap but worth every Penny.

My composite front door was proving difficult to close and following a call out I was informed that it would need new hinges.These were installed about 2 months ago.A good professional job. Very pleased with the quick and efficient service too.
