Craniosacral Therapy and Massage Therapy

Julia provided an excellent massage therapy treatment for my back, neck and shoulders yesterday, I very much enjoyed the whole experience. I felt lighter and very relaxed afterwards. Julia has excellent knowledge of the anatomy and she seemed to know instinctively which areas to give more attention and apply the right amount of pressure, which included releasing tension from my forearms and hands. Julia is also an open-minded, down to earth, friendly therapist and I look forward to booking a longer session in the future.

Very professional and friendly. She was aware I had never had a massage before and took it easy with me. Helped with my shoulder and back problems and have been pain free since I saw her 2 weeks ago. Will definitely be booking another appointment.

I have recently had both Craniosacral therapy and Massage for shoulder/neck pain and relaxation.Both times I have left feeling lighter, relaxed and most importantly pain free.Having used massage therapists /sports therapists and physio therapists over the last three years ,I would have no hesitation in replacing them all with Julia.And even better, she's right on our doorstep!Very professional, friendly and a real Gem.

Julia insisted a full medical history was taken before treatment commenced, and she was really Covid aware and safe too. There was a good conversation about me and what I felt I needed from the treatment which was refreshing.For the first time my crunchy neck/spine sensation has been recognised and she has applied craniosacral therapy to alleviate that then gave an amazing massage to address these full time working mum stresses. I feel fantastic and I will be seeing Julia every visit to Aberdeen or Peterhead for a very professional healing massage and some craniosacral therapy - even if Stuartfield is off the beaten track!Best thing? No bloody whale music or weak pushing skin around whilst getting an expensive moisturiser application!

Absolutely amazing. Had a huge problem with my neck and shoulders. Painkillers weren't working. After one session I was no longer in pain and could move easier. Definitely recommend.Thank you for your help.
