The older larger woman with the fringe has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Rude remarks and passive aggressive the whole time. Not surprised tho, previous staff members have told me she’s awful to work with, just thought she’d at least stick to only being rude to her staff, not customers.

Absolutely fantastic! Such a variety of flavours and toppings. This is the Charlie and the chocolate factory of ice cream shops! Lovely staff and very well priced for what you get!

It was indeed a sunny day and we were craving Ice-cream. Amazing taste and quality. The icecream was perfect. With an amazing mouth feel. The sneakerbocker glory was amazingly delicious. 100% recommended.

Awful!! Will not be back . Older woman has a complete attitude problem!! Ice cream melted before we left the shop . She will definitely lost you business!!

We asked for Ice - cream Birthday Cake and was absolutely fantastic . Such a variety of flavours and toppings very tasty everyone love it ! Lovely staff and very well priced for what you get!Thank you for your Amazing creations.

The older woman with the red face provided the most horrendous customer service I have ever encountered in my life; giving dirty looks, has an appalling attitude and just simply rude. The food was lovely but having this woman work in the front of this store will loose you customers everyday, she was not only rude to us but the people behind and the young employee working with her!!
