The worst clinic. After more than 2 weeks of taking the test I've not received the results yet. I've called them many time and each time they say a sexual advisor will call you, but I've not received anything from them yet.

I think they improved. They do not always answer the call but if you try a couple of times you will be able to make an appointment. The staff is really nice and really helpful.

This is obviously a very toxic workplace with extremely poor management. The fact that there are malicious and defamatory reviews up about a member of staff who is obviously a new mother is disgusting and the fact that they and Google have just left it up here, make me thankful that I didn’t apply to work at this place. This country is in the middle of a mental health crisis and with management like this - it all makes sense. And as for the lowlife who posted that review, they can do one!!!!

Clinic is friendly but can tell they deal with busy patients all year round. No nonsense but happy to help, saw one patient struggling with English and staff made time to listen.Would recommend booking through on email. Phone line appears difficult to book in.

The best nurses and doctors! On the contrary, at the reception, rude, very unpolite people, and little empathy, it seems that you are bothering them! God!!

Your receptionist Karli was/is sleeping with another (now former) team member (Darren) who was dating/engaged" to someone else. Now she has a 1 year old kid and everyone thinks the father is someone else but it's the former team member. The "therapist" is aware but covering for her team and gaslighting despite having proof and knowledge of another serious breach of contract by that staff member. Completely gross clinic that should be shut down since they can't be trusted."

The receptionist on the second floor was unbelievable rude this is a MEDICAL CENTRE, you should treat people with kindness, and patience.It was shame to see this service, treating people in that way..You don’t know what the patient is going through.. and the people who are at the reception are lacking of manners.You guys can do it way better.

Was referred to them by my GP as I need my implant replaced and my gp can’t currently fit me in.I have been calling nonstop for 3 weeks to no answer. Even when you stay on the line it eventually cuts off. I have also emailed them and not to my surprise no answer. Is there no staff or something? this is ridiculous. If you are understaffed let the GPS know to stop referring people to yourselves as we’re getting no help either way.After looking at the reviews I can see it isn’t only me that has this issue! Please either answer the phone or go back to walk ins.*Update*After a very long time I have been seen by a specialist at the clinic. I was able to get a telephone appointment after emailing them. Anyone trying to get in touch may want to try this way. I have raised my review from 1 star to 3 only due to the fact the lady who did my procedure was very accommodating & absolutely lovely. It was quick and relatively painless. My healing process this time has been much smoother also, she did amazing, thank you. Wish I remembered her name!

Good service . Very friendly nurse Jocelyn . She explained everything properly and answered all my questions . Highly recommend this clinic

They don't take walk ins even when sent by the GP. I asked for advise where to go as it was an urgent matter and was told it's the GPs problem without even listening what the actual problem was. Won't ever go there again. I don't understand how the NHS wants to save costs on e.g pregnancy terminations but then makes it SO FLIPPIN DIFFICULT to get contraceptives
